Deslandes Excavation, LLC was founded by owner, Jill V. Deslandes and her son, Jim Deslandes, Jr. Jill and Jim both have extensive experience in the construction industry, having been successful with another family-owned business, Deslandes Construction, Inc., in operation since 1963. Jill’s 25 plus years’ experience in financial management combined with Jim’s education, management and field experience makes them an accomplished team.

Jim has been working in the construction industry for over 15 years, starting first in the family business, Deslandes Construction. After earning his Degree in Construction Management Jim worked for a global construction firm as a Project Manager. He then returned to the family business and assumed the role of Vice President of Operations.

Jim now manages all operations of Deslandes Excavation and is focused on providing a high level of customer service and quality performance on all projects.
